Background

Margaret joined CHELT in December 2004 after working for three years at the University of Canberra and eight years at the University of Adelaide in the Advisory Centre for University Education (ACUE).  Margaret has been involved for many years in education at school and university levels in South Australia, Northern Territory, Indonesia, ACT and England. Margaret also holds a conjoint position at the University of Newcastle.

Margaret completed her PhD at the University of Adelaide where she undertook a longitudinal study related to the expectations and experiences of Indonesian research students studying in Australia (download  dissertation (PDF 7MB).
